Position: Shop Sales Attendant

A dynamic retail shop located in Posta, Dar es Salaam is looking for an enthusiastic and digitally active Female Shop Sales Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only assist with in-store sales but also drive our online presence through social media promotion.
Key Responsibilities:

Attend to customers politely and facilitate sales in the shop.

Accurately record daily sales and manage simple, organized reports.

Promote shop products online across various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Assist in basic day-to-day shop operations, cleaning, and general organization.

Support marketing activities and campaigns to help increase overall sales.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Form IV certificate or above.

Location: Must be a female applicant currently living in Dar es Salaam.

Social Media Savvy: Must be highly active on social media (especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook).

Following: Must have at least 1,000 followers on TikTok and the ability to confidently post and promote products.

Attributes: Honest, responsible, and possesses excellent customer service skills.

Experience: Prior sales experience will be considered an added advantage.
