Description
As a Customer Care Representative, your responsibilities will include:

Interacting with customers to solve issues and answer questions about our products, services, and policies.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and friendly tone with customers at all times.

Recruiting potential customers by recommending goods or services and demonstrating how they personally benefit the customer.

Establishing new customer accounts and securely recording account information, such as phone numbers and addresses, on our digital platform.

Listening actively to customer complaints and trying to identify the root cause of their problem to the best of your ability.

Identifying the most appropriate response and strategy to solve customer issues as quickly as possible.

Relegating unique or complex customer cases to supervisors or the appropriate department, providing all necessary context.

Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels efficiently.

Assisting customers with the placement of orders, processing refunds, or facilitating product exchanges.
